This group will work on the Action planned research Tasks 1 to 4 focusing on European mushrooms and truffles. Due to the high number of European mushrooms and truffles species this WG will select the ones where the work to be carried out by the WG will be based on, taking into account their importance in the European context. Special attention will be given to innovative non well-known species, including the added value from wild mushrooms, inoculation techniques and the potential for cultivation of several mushrooms and truffles species. Expected impacts and benefits should be considered in this process.
